Longlisting and shortlisting
If you're longlisted, you'll be invited to upload evidence through the self assessment portal.
Shortlisting will be determined by the score of your self assessment form.
Longlisting
All applicants will be assessed against the essential criteria of the person specification. Applicants who are successfully longlisted will be invited to upload evidence to support their self assessment form through the self assessment portal.
Please refer to the relevant person specification for full details and ensure that you demonstrate how you meet it within your application form.
Shortlisting
Shortlisting will be determined by the score of your self assessment form. Once all scores are recorded, you'll be ranked accordingly and those with the highest scores will be invited to attend the virtual selection centre.
Applicants must achieve 55% or higher to be invited to a virtual interview.
We aim to invite 3 applicants per indicative post to the selection centre.
All scores will be verified and there will be an appeals window.
Shortlisting feedback will be limited to:
-
your verified score and justification
-
your ranking
