Virtual interviews
All interviews in this year's recruitment round will take place virtually.
Selection centre
The selection centre process will be managed through a virtual interview process on Wednesday 2 July 2025.
In exceptional circumstances this date may be amended, and every effort will be made to advise applicants in good time.
Virtual interviews will last 45 minutes and be made up of 3x 15-minute stations.
- Station 1: Management and leadership
- Station 2: Research and communication - candidates invited to interview will receive guidance and instructions by noon on (date TBS) in relation to this station. Please contact the NRO if you do not receive this guidance.
- Station 3: NHS Values and Insight
Scoring
Scoring will be collated from the verified self-assessment score together with the interview score.
Lay representation
A lay representative will attend the selection process to ensure that all panels are consistent and managed in accordance with the agreed process.
The lay representative will not score candidates. They are present to ensure that panels' decisions are fair and equitable.
Documentation
You may be asked to bring certain documentation with you to the virtual interview.
Failure to bring the specified documents may result in applicants not being interviewed.
Any applicant with concerns over their ability to bring the required documents with them should contact [email protected] in advance of the virtual interview.
