You'll be invited to preference available posts prior to offers being issued. Offers will then be made on the basis of your performance at the selection centre. 

The length of programme for each post will be confirmed in the post descriptor documents once available. Programme length is normally 3 years Whole Time Equivalent (WTE) however some posts may be run through i.e. 5 years (WTE) in length.
