Rescheduling, cancellations or missed tests
Rescheduling your Situational Judgement Test (SJT) is possible through your Pearson VUE account.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your test using your Pearson VUE account up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you wish to reschedule your test which is less than 48 hours away, you must contact the DCT National Recruitment Office (DCTNRO) via emailing [email protected] as soon as possible. Please note that availability may be limited.
If you are an applicant with a pre-approved reasonable adjustment that was not bookable online and wish to reschedule your test, please contact [email protected].
Cancellations
You can cancel your testing using your Pearson VUE account up to 48 hours before your appointment time. If you wish to cancel your test which is less than 48 hours away, you must contact the DCTNRO via emailing [email protected] as soon as possible.
If you're an applicant with a pre-approved reasonable adjustment that was not bookable online and wish to cancel your test, please contact [email protected].
Missed tests
If you miss your test (or need to cancel or reschedule and cannot do this through your online account) you must contact the DCTNRO via emailing [email protected] immediately.
You will not be able to re-book your test online using self-service without first being reauthorised by the DCTNRO. You should be aware that test centre availability is likely to be limited at this point.
Regrettably, the DCTNRO will be unable to accommodate you if you miss an appointment on the final 2 days of the SJT window (Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 March 2024).
