Following urgent downtime on Friday 19 July 2024 to fix an Oriel infrastructure issue, we have been informed by the Oriel supplier Hicom that there were issues with data restoration and the back-up files were corrupted during this process. 

This has led to loss of all Oriel data submitted from 09:00hrs on Friday 19 July 2024 until the system was back online on Saturday 20 July 2024.

Applicants who made any changes to their applications on Oriel on Friday 19 July, are advised to log into Oriel to complete any outstanding sections and submit before the revised deadline.
